  • Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer a vegan option for the meal plan. Our meal plan is made up of predominantly plant foods with some meat, poultry and seafood.

  • With any health plan it is so important you work alongside your doctor and seek advice from them first. The meal plans in the 7 day detox follow an anti-inflammatory approach which can be helpful with autoimmune conditions. But we do not guarantee any results and dont recommend you take this approach soly when treating your autoimmune condition.

  • The 7 day detox is designed is to increase energy through nutrient dense eating. Although the plan isn't designed for weight-loss the nutrition principles can be very effective in weight-loss and weight maintenance when practiced for a longer period of time. But no results around this guaranteed.

  • I have made sure to use as many simple everyday whole-foods as possible. There are a few items that will need to be sourced but I have included many of my recommendations and links.

  • YES YES YES! The meal plan is designed for you as the mama but the meals are very family friendly. Most of my clients cook the dinners for their whole family. You will however need to adjust the ingredients amount and portion sizes on your end.

  • Because this is not a low carb diet it is fine to do whilst breastfeeding. I would however seek advice from your doctor if you are concerned.

  • Most of the meals are made up of simple everyday whole-foods which are complexly safe during pregnancy. However, you will need to cross check your protein powder source as well as any other ingredients your medical professional has asked you to stay clear off.
