Dairy Free Homemade Mayonnaise

 
Ingredients
  • 2 Free Range Eggs

  • 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp Mustard

  • 1 Garlic Clove

  • 1 Lemon Juiced

Method
  1. In a large jar add all of your ingredients as well as some salt and pepper.

  2. With a hand help blender blitz for about 4-5 min. Until texture is creamy. Place in fridge for 1-2 hours to set.

  3. Store in your fridge for 4-5 days. Perfect as a dip or as spread.
