Dairy Free Homemade Mayonnaise
Ingredients
2 Free Range Eggs
1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Mustard
1 Garlic Clove
1 Lemon Juiced
Method
In a large jar add all of your ingredients as well as some salt and pepper.
With a hand help blender blitz for about 4-5 min. Until texture is creamy. Place in fridge for 1-2 hours to set.
Store in your fridge for 4-5 days. Perfect as a dip or as spread.
