Seeded Crackers
Ingredients
2 cups Grounded Flaxseed
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1/4 cup Seseme Seeds
1/4 cup Hemp Seeds
1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
2 tsp Salt
1 cup Boiling Water
Method
Preheat oven to 200c and line a large rectangular tray with baking paper.
Mix all your ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until a batter is formed. Allow to sit for 5 min and absorb all the water.
Pour the batter onto the tray and spread evenly. The thinner you can get the batter the crispier the cracker. Use two trays if needed.
Bake for 40min or until golden. Allow to cool for at least 30min then break into small crisps.
