Homemade Cashew Milk

Ingredients
  • 1 cup organic cashews

  • 4 cups filtered water

  • 1 fresh date

  • 1tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

 
 
Method
  1. Soak your cashews in filtered water for a min of 3 hours

  2. Drain the cashews and add to a high speed blender with 4 cups filtered water, the date, vanilla extract and pinch of salt. Blend for 2-3 minutes.

  3. You can use a milk bag to strain or just pour straight into a jug and store in the fridge.
