Homemade Cashew Milk
Ingredients
1 cup organic cashews
4 cups filtered water
1 fresh date
1tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Method
Soak your cashews in filtered water for a min of 3 hours
Drain the cashews and add to a high speed blender with 4 cups filtered water, the date, vanilla extract and pinch of salt. Blend for 2-3 minutes.
You can use a milk bag to strain or just pour straight into a jug and store in the fridge.
