Beetroot Hummus Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 tin chickpeas

  • 250g Cooked Beetroot

  • 2 Garlic cloves

  • 1/2 cup fresh Parsley

  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 Lemon, juiced

 
 
Method
  1. Add all your ingredient to a high speed blender and season with salt and pepper. Blitz until smooth. You may need to add more olive oil as you go.

Enjoy with crackers and veggie sticks 😊
