Beetroot Hummus Dip
Ingredients
1 tin chickpeas
250g Cooked Beetroot
2 Garlic cloves
1/2 cup fresh Parsley
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Lemon, juiced
Method
Add all your ingredient to a high speed blender and season with salt and pepper. Blitz until smooth. You may need to add more olive oil as you go.
Enjoy with crackers and veggie sticks 😊
