Chocolate Tofu Mousse

Ingredients
  • 300g Silken Tofu

  • 1 tin Coconut Cream

  • 100g Dark Chocolate (85%)

  • 1 Tbsp Cacao Powder

  • 2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

 
 
Method
  1. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave until smooth.

  2. Add the tofu, coconut cream, melted chocolate, cacao powder & maple syrup to a high speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.

  3. Divide between two jars and refrigerate overnight.

Enjoy with your favourite fruit and nuts as a delicious high protein breakfast/snack/desert.
