Chocolate Tofu Mousse
Ingredients
300g Silken Tofu
1 tin Coconut Cream
100g Dark Chocolate (85%)
1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
Method
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave until smooth.
Add the tofu, coconut cream, melted chocolate, cacao powder & maple syrup to a high speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
Divide between two jars and refrigerate overnight.
Enjoy with your favourite fruit and nuts as a delicious high protein breakfast/snack/desert.
